Fairy Tulle Skirt
The fairy tulle skirt is made of two layers of different colored Fine Tulle. The bottom is edge is crinkled - similar to the classical Tarantella Skirt. The combination of colors and the special seam make these skirts stand out. The cuff is made of either a color-coordinated or a contrasting colored satin ribbon, which is traversed by a rubber band and fixed with a safety pin that you can easily pull or release to your individual size without having to cut or sew anything.
